FTTH Performance Report in Excel - Sample 

At the topline, overall revenue and subscriber achievements are shown alongside performance against targets, supplemented by historical trends over recent months.

The report is further segmented by business categories, where each section displays key KPIs such as Total Revenue, Active Subscribers, Gross Adds, ARPU, Traffic per Subscriber, Inactivity, and Active Ratio. Each KPI is benchmarked against the previous month and tracked across a six-month horizon to provide context and trend analysis.

This dashboard was entirely developed in Microsoft Excel, with data automated from the subscriber profile database. SQL was used for data preparation, and Power Query facilitated seamless data import from the server into Excel, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and timely updates.
